The company have blamed me, posting from France and on here COVID to customers too. I would take all unverified reviews with a pinch of salt. Nearly 1 month later im still waiting for the top that was ordered and have emailed again but received no reply yet. Emailed for an update and received a snippy reply from someone basically saying that they were dealing with my order and i had contacted them too early and i no right to be asking for an update yet. I am very impressed with the product, at a very competitive price, it does state delivered within 14 working days, so order in good time if it’s for a special occasion. I was eventually told that they needed to claim the lost item from their insurance, which apparently was approved. This is a russian company and i believe that’s explaining all. Useless company, don’t ever order a FLipper !!!!! Now communication is not possible anymore with support. To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software.
Incredibly shocked by bad reviews they are brilliant!!! Have ordered on two occasions now, delivery can take some time but that is to be expected. Just received my sons kit in time for Christmas, emailed them a few times as worried it wouldn’t come and the replies I had were so quick providing tracking number etc. This review is in no way respective of our company and i think this may be a competitor trying to tarnish us as we have no order details for them.

Numerous contact with customer service resulted in nothing useful. I contacted customer support and asked for a replacement, a refund or send in for repair. Have not received any correspondence from Top Flight, no order number or any details of my order and cannot find a telephone number to contact them. Took £30 from me and got nothing for my money. I would gladly lose my money than ever correspond with these cowboys again. I frankly would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Trying to slam a company that is doing their best over such a terrible period is very upsetting.Called the customer who refused to talk to us so we are unable to help her. You are entitled to your opinion on us but please in future only write reviews with facts involved. Multiple customers complaining of very long wait times or no order at all.
I’m not removing anything – people need to be aware of where their hard earned cash is going, and if reading this saves someone from the aggro of dealing with you and that some child gets their birthday gift etc then I’m happy. After another three weeks still no dispatch e-mail or sign of the items I e-mailed them requesting a refund which they have ignored. After a month of waiting we contacted them and they replied saying the items were expected in stock the following week and would be dispatched within two days (if the items had shown as out of stock we would never have ordered in the first place).

I love the pillows I got, they are gorgeous and great quality. Love this shop, Ellissa has great items and is super responsive. My order didn’t arrive quite right, but Ellissa made sure that I was sent my missing product and to keep the incorrect items. We are so happy you love your dresses!
Quality items and quick delivery
Much to my surprise and disappointment, my friend has already received their package, while my order status has been stuck on “Awaiting Dispatch by Warehouse” for two weeks now.This situation feels like a joke. Around the same time, my friend also bought a Flipper Zero, but chose the regular, less expensive shipping method. It almost feels like they don’t actually have any support at all, and are using a chatGPT bot to try to feed token phrases to their customers to calm them down.
